Anthropology

Page history last edited by PBworks 16 years, 7 months ago

Anthropology is the study of all aspects of human culture, society, and biology. Anthropology is broken down into four main categories: Archeaology, Cultural Anthropology, Physical (Biological) Anthropology, and Linguistics. Each category is broken down further to collaborate with other disciplines of science and humanities, such as psychology, chemistry, nutrition, forensics, European history, religion and many more. I will speak more of this in Unit 3 or 4.

Dennis, I enjoyed the link you provided for fieldwork. Laura Tamakoshi's site provides a fascinating glimpse into the anthropological experience.~jess
