Your Wiki Gnoming project is admirable and very relevant to exploring the multi dimensional capabilities of technical writing. I think if you produce a methodical approach to the wiki help forum by using specific situations and circumstance this would be incredibly valuable to the wiki community, gatekeepers of the wiki, as well as supplementing your own personal learning experience.

Additionally, this project could grow and metamorphosize into something larger.

I think your current efforts and future plans will propogate much goodness...

I'm excited to see the Ubuntu thing and the lab in 228. I like the spirit behind your arguments and am inspired by the road that's less taken and where conglomerate corporate monoliths are overthrown underground, cast into oblivion and held up in dark alleys... Looking forward to what will be--and also am curious to see what you put together over there in the other realm.

I realize your project is still in the up and running mode. I recall your idea to incorporate a start up-- so to speak--with a friend's business. I think this is a realistic application and will provide you with practical experience and a foundational approach to technical writing and its mutiplicitious devices...

I like what you've got so far. I have a cynical outlook on the spirit of community in St.Petersbug--and Florida. I think tradition is interesting and everyone seems to have one or some..But I often wonder if this area as a community Is even breathing? Is there a pulse... Maybe it's my own issue...Anyway, I like where you're going with this and it's hella marketable. Perhaps lucrative-- if connections are secured and and the tentacles are thrown out there with care and tact. This is a great idea and a potentially exciting project-- Good luck!

Your brochure for juveniles entering the institution of the court system and bureaucracy etc. falls into the "making a difference" category of technical writing; ingenious in its practical application. By editing, condensing and reappropriating the beauracratic jargon into a human vernacular, this brochure could possibly provide some solace, knowledge and or enlighten someone who is scared, confused and truly needs it. I like this--it is inherently gooood!
