I do understand your frustration and I agree there should be a policy in place to address those issues. But I think anytime something like that happens, you probably will be better off working somewhere else. I think a better position will come available to you just be patient. You might want to look at the journalism department job board for internships. It is located on the second floor in the same building that our class is located in. I really like email you create. I like your unit one idea. But I think you should play with the slogan a little maybe change it to "Continue the Tradition" or "Be apart of Tradition" these are only suggestions. I think to get people to come out to home will take alot of persuasion be it can be done. It can be done by getting the team to win more games is one way get people excited about the rays. I give your unit assignment a A-.
